
I got this skinny when I started hating myself and wanting to be a lot smaller than I was. I had started going out and there were so many pretty, skinny girls and it got to me so much. I worked out 4+ hours a day and had a calorie intake of about 250 a day. It was intense. Then I met a girl who told me she was scared about what I was doing and I had my mum have a huge talk to me and I sort of snapped out of it. It was just rigorous exercise and calorie counting. I was always tired and was sore all the time though. I regret doing it a lot, though I wish I still looked like that haha
