Anonymous asked: what did you do when you lost so much weight?

I got this skinny when I started hating myself and wanting to be a lot smaller than I was. I had started going out and there were so many pretty, skinny girls and it got to me so much. I worked out 4+ hours a day and had a calorie intake of about 250 a day. It was intense. Then I met a girl who told me she was scared about what I was doing and I had my mum have a huge talk to me and I sort of snapped out of it. It was just rigorous exercise and calorie counting. I was always tired and was sore all the time though. I regret doing it a lot, though I wish I still looked like that haha

  1. callmeav said: I’m glad to see you were able to feel better about yourself. Someone very near to me is doing the same things to herself and I’ve been feeling pretty hopeless about it. This gives me hope that maybe she’ll snap out of it one day too.
